The quarterly referral fee schedule is as follows:

earn 1% for sales of $0 - 5,000 in a quarter
earn an additional 1% for sales between $5,001 - 15,000 in a quarter
earn an additional 1% for sales in excess of $15,001 in a quarter

Referral fees will be paid on a quarterly basis. Approximately 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter, we will forward a check for the referral fees earned on the products that were shipped in the quarter. If the fees earned in the quarter are less then $50.00, we will hold those fees until such time as the amount due is at least $50.00. If products are returned, the corresponding fee will be deducted from the next quarterly payment.
